Invoice Tracking

Keep a repeatable routine from the day you issue an invoice to the day its payment is reconciled.

1. Record

Keep the client, invoice number, amount, currency, and due date together. Check the terms against the invoice you sent so your follow-up starts from an accurate record.

2. Age

Review current invoices and the 1–30, 31–60, and 60+ day overdue groups. Separate currencies and use the client totals to plan your next conversations.

3. Remind

Before a due date, confirm that the client has what they need to pay. After a missed date, agree on a next step and record it in the note. Send follow-ups yourself in this local release; automatic emails are planned for Pro.

4. Reconcile

Match each payment to your bank records before marking the invoice paid. Export a backup after your review. If a payment was recorded by mistake, mark it unpaid to return it to aging.

A few useful answers

How often should I review invoices?

Choose a regular review time, such as once a week, and check invoices approaching their due date first. Follow up on overdue balances and record the agreed next step.

Does this page use the same invoices as the full tool?

Yes. This embedded tool and the full tracker share one local ledger in the same browser on this device.

Will reminders be sent automatically?

No emails are sent by this local release. You can review aging and contact clients yourself. Automatic due-date reminders and payment chasing are planned Pro features.
